Most Veritons can be upgraded with a RAM or SSD upgrade. Use Task Manager to identify the RAM, we have a quick RAM Upgrade guide here. Upgrading your RAM is one of the easist and cost effective upgrades you can do.
In Windows, type System into the search box and it should display System Information app. Click on this and look for System Name or System Model. This should identify your Veriton model. Acer also has an model name and serial number identification app which is available here
The process is simple. Purchase an SSD, clone the HDD to the SSD and install the SSD. The problems customer have are cloning and installation. Upgradeable provides a support line for our customers to trouble shoot these problems. Remember to check if you have a 3.5 inch HDD or a 2.5 inch HDD. If you have a 3.5 inch HDD you will need a bracket to install it into your Veriton.
