Our definition of lifetime warranty is: If the product ceases to work at anytime, you can return it for a replacement. Simple. No if's, no but's. Our RAM will out last your computer. We have had the same warranty since year 2000. It has never varied or been modified. Our competitors have played catch up and matched our warranty but they can never match our service. We don't provide a lifetime warranty as a gimmick, it is a statement on the values of our company, our goal of exceptional customer service and the quality of the products we supply.

SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. Game changer for TV

I use this to record, playback and timeshift free-to-air channels on my Samsung Smart TV. Great to be able to fast forward the ads. I can’t watch other free-to-air channels while recording but can still watch streaming services. This is a limitation of the way the TV records not the USB. Great that it offers both USB A and C so hopefully that will extend its life and flexibility.
