Your service and products are brilliant, but giving advice to others is very tricky. I would probably point to you, but still suggest that they shop around as well.

Apart from the 5 hours of cloning to my new SSD - the experience of purchasing from Upgradeable, their support and their excellent return policies is fantastic! I would highly recommend their products and services. I installed a 1 TB MX200 onto a Mid 2009 MacBook Pro and I now have Pro Tools running again. Happy Days! Purchasing and installing something for my computer was a daunting task as it is not something I do everyday. The process of attempting, failing, getting a refund and finally paying someone to do what I can't also seemed daunting. I originally sourced a Samsung EVO SSD locally and neither my Macbook Pro or Dell Laptop recognised it? I googled searched for answers and they said it could be a faulty connection to clone the SSD, compatibility issues or a faulty SSD. Then some mac experts said there was some coding I need to re write. It looked so much easier on Youtube! Either way I felt I overwhelmed so I returned the item which was checked out fully and I obtained a refund. I was lucky to not be charged with a service and restocking fee. I wanted to try again. I was convinced it was the connection between the SSD and my MacBook Pro not the EVO SSD. I did a search on the companies return policies just incase this happened again. Many supplier's return policies were quite off putting. One company charged a 20% re stocking fee plus a service fee if the item is deemed to be faulty from my actions. That's $100.00 on a $500.00 purchase just for the re stocking fee. I searched again for compatible SSD's for Mac and as always Upgradeable kept coming up. I read the compatibility statement for Crucial SSD's for mac and about the trim support. Very passionate response and I felt more confident to hear they all used Macs too. This had sold me part the way. Then I looked up Upgradeable's return policy's. No re stocking fee mentioned? Able to return within 14 days from the date on the receipt ? This sold me all the way. So I chose to order a 1TB MX200 SSD. Prior to this I had phoned Upgradeable many times with many (I'm sure annoying) questions. Every time - all staff members were happy to help. The Crucial SSD - not the most ascetically appealing by comparison to others on the market, slightly more expensive but it worked first time. I'm never going to look at it once its in my Mac. Apart from the 5 hours of cloning my SSD - the experience of purchasing from Upgradeable and their support was fantastic! Again I would highly recommend their products and services. Thanks to the team at Upgradeable, so far so good on the SSD performance. Pro Tools works quite well, Word and Excel are slow to save sometimes. Other than that its all good. It's been about a month.
