SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This is because the credit card processing fee is non refundeable to us, which means the bank keeps their charges. A refund costs us 5%.

I found the site instructions on the process of copying the OS from the existing hard drive to the new one a little hard to follow. There is a lot of info on the web page with sections for every variation. When I came to doing it I found most of the info was not required (at least in my case)
