We have paired the T310 with our USB3.2 Gen2 10Gb/s cloning case. We ship the SSD inside the case, ready for cloning with instructions.
For the NVMe SSDs, our recommended software is Macrium not Acronis. We have an interactive guide here
Download Macrium, follow the instructions, we send you a printed guide, cloning and install. You do not have to format/initialise the SSD, Macrium does it automatically during the clone. If you have any trouble, you can call our local support for friendly support and advice! Yes we answer the phone!
The clone case comes with a dual USB adapter on the cable so you can connect to USB-A or USB-C.


Crucial does not make a 2242 size SSD but we using the P310 with an adapter. The adapter purely lengthens the SSD from 30mm to 42mm, but does not affect performance. In fact we can not buy or make a 2242 SSD that is as fast as the P310. That is why we are using it!

We don't provide a lifetime warranty as a gimmick, it is a statement on the values of our company, our goal of exceptional customer service and the quality of the products we supply.

SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This is because the credit card processing fee is non refundeable to us, which means the bank keeps their charges. A refund costs us 5%.
