SSD warranty (3 to 5 year )
Unlike RAM, an SSD has limited write cycles, so it will eventually wear out. However, it will take 10 years or more to wear out an SSD! Warranty varies from 3 to 5 years, please check the SSDs description. Our faulty SSD return policy is to make it as simple as possible for the customer. We will replace faulty drives as soon as they are returned.

Our money back guarantee is about your assurance that our upgrades will make a difference. If is not about how many days, it is about customer service and trust. We have had the same guarantees for 20+ years because they are sustainable. We have had to make some modifications. We now reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This is because the credit card processing fee is non refundeable to us, which means the bank keeps their charges. A refund costs us 5%.

Nice Unit

Received this unit and on first opening was impressed by the quality of the aluminium machining. The casing is small and compact - very impressed.
This only continued when I plugged into an Apple iMac to give some external storage. And how does it operate - it's fast, super fast. Delivers on everything in the brochure.
I'll be adding some more of these units to use with a laptop.

Fast SSD enclosure

The enclosure is built extremely well. Which you expect from OWC. It's quite big by enclosure standards. I have 2 other enclosures that are different brands and this easily beats them for speed and quality.
The speed you get will depend somewhat on your SSD of course.
I get around 2700 MB/s read and 2400MB/s write. Not too shabby!
Obviously I highly recommend this enclosure
